Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at lifehappensbourbonhelps@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right.
